Real Peptides sells BPC-157 at $43.20 for a 10 mg vial, which is $4.32 per mg, and at $120.00 for a 100-capsule bottle, which is $1.20 per capsule. Turning the bpc 157 capsules price into a fair per-mg comparison takes one more number from the label, and this page shows exactly how to get it.
The information provided here is about vendors' actual listings that we track. This is information on research products that are not FDA-approved drugs, along with the comparative cost on a per milligram basis.
Three BPC-157 single-compound listings make up the comparison. Here they are with the per-unit cost we can calculate.
| Listing | Format | Price | Size | Per-unit cost | Free US shipping |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Real Peptides BPC-157 Capsules | Oral capsule | $120.00 | 100 capsules | $1.20 per capsule | Over $250 |
| Real Peptides BPC-157 10mg | Lyophilized powder | $43.20 | 10 mg | $4.32 per mg | Over $250 |
| Peptide God BPC-157 | Lyophilized powder | $34.95 | Not in our data | Divide by vial mg | Over $100 |
The difference between two formats of Real Peptides is practical. Although the same $120 can buy 10 mg vials, 27.8 mg of powder can be obtained instead, which means that to be profitable the bottle needs to have that amount or higher.
There is a specific reason why there are two empty cells. The product information we received doesn’t provide us with the information regarding either the per-capsule dosage or the vial size of Peptide God, and I would rather leave the cells blank than hazard any assumption. Both pills are mentioned on the labels.
A $120 capsule bottle matches the 10 mg vial on price only if it contains about 27.8 mg of BPC-157 in total. That figure is simply $120 divided by $4.32.
In order to use it, determine the BPC-157 content on the product's container by taking the number of capsules and multiplying it with potency of one capsule. If the total amount is less than 27.8 mg, it means that in this case capsules are less economical than vials. The statement on the vendor’s listing claims that capsules have a considerably higher per mg price compared with vials.
The same method works for the Peptide God vial: divide $34.95 by the vial's mg. At any size of 9 mg or more, it beats the Real Peptides vial's $4.32 per mg.
Shipping thresholds can move the effective price more than the per-mg gap. Real Peptides ships free on US orders over $250; Peptide God ships free over $100 and also lists 30-day free returns.
The return policy of the Peptide God has a cost associated with it as well. With a 30-day free process of returning an order, the losses related to a bad order become minimal, and the information we have shows that Real Peptides has no return policy. Therefore, it is advantageous to inquire about its return terms before placing a significant order.
A buyer comparing one capsule bottle to one vial is comparing two carts that both pay shipping. A buyer stocking up should compare carts that cross the free line.
The capsule premium receives a ready-made oral format from which nothing else is verifiable. As far as its merits are concerned, the seller provides a ready-made capsule format w/o any preparation required, and its drawback is given as "lower bioavailability vs injectable."
It does not buy stronger evidence. Oral BPC-157 research is mostly rodent work, as covered in our oral BPC-157 guide, and no controlled human trial supports either format. Paying more per mg for a route with extra absorption unknowns is a choice that only makes sense if the oral route itself is what you are researching.
Most bad price comparisons in this market come from a handful of errors. We see these repeatedly:

Discounts shown are real: the vendor’s own sale price, or how much cheaper per mg a product is than the average of the vendors on this page.
